Good news Deep Relaxation is back! Take some time for yourself and let go. Breathe deeply and find some peaceful constructive rest. This evening’s workshop will include light movement to prepare the body for Pranayama. Think of Pranayama as a tool. The breath becomes smooth, tranquil and a way to understand your own energy. After, you will be guided into an indulgent Shavasana practice to release and feel your own Marma points within. Marmani are the locations inside ourselves where our physical tissues meet up with of our energetic channels/Nadis. These sacred points are highly intelligent and act as keys to unlocking our own internal wisdom. We will conclude with the deepest of sleep like state with Yoga Nidra. We practice this deep form of meditation as a way to cherished time to spend with our highest Self. This evening will be delivered by the glow of soft candle light.
