This is a Jivamukti inspired class occasionally accompanied by live music. You can expect mantra chanting, yogic philosophy, pranayama, and kriyas, along with a strong asana practice similar to Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. It’s modified to suit the practitioners needs and pace, but some experience is helpful. We will align with the Jivamukti focus of the month in world-wide unity with other practitioners.
