My journey has been real, raw and necessary. I had just retired from my professional dancing career and found myself wanting to connect to people. For me, the world of dance taught me to grow a tough shell and lose sight of what was at my core. Love.
I knew that to help others I first needed to shed the hard layers of protection I created around myself. Community, connection and care are my driving forces. My goal is to hold a safe space for others to find their internal peace and joy.
I created Bindu & Body to support a community from an Ayurvedic and Yogic perspective. To help build relationships with like minded souls. Community, Connection and Care are the fundamental pillars in everyone’s life. We need these three aspects to sustain life and to ultimately thrive. These are the foundation on which I built my company’s ideas of bringing balance and harmony back into the community.
I come to you as a Licensed Massage Therapist, a 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Registered 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, a Reiki 2 practitioner, a Marma Therapist, a Yoga Nidra guide for meditation, Ayurveda Massage & Body Therapist, 600 hr Ayurveda Health Counselor (academics only), as a Dancer and most importantly another human being on this path of existence. I’m a current a student in California College of Ayurveda, The Herbalist Academy, and Intuition University.
I look forward to spending time with you.
Love,
Eva
