Group Setting:
*New Movement Classes from Channeled Messages of The Aspiring Crone will be launching this end of Autumn, 2025. This will be an opportunity to join in a either a series or work with the classes one by one. This is my next phase of group movement. These classes will include warming the body with Yoga, Pranayama, Tuning-In to Meditative Self and Guided Soul Movement. Each class will conclude with the sweet practice of Rest.
